Lots Of Kisses

This tutorial was written by me on February 4th, 2013 and was written assuming you have a general knowledge of PSP.  You will need the following supplies:

I used a gorgeous kit called "P.S. I Love You" by Horseplay's Pasture Designs.  Love the colour palette of this kit!!  You can purchase it at Inspirations Of Scrap Friends.  Thanks so much Bev!

I used the wonderful artwork of Lisa Cree.  This adorable tube is entitled "Love Letter" and is available at PSP TubeStop.  You must have a license to use.

Mask #133 by Vaybs.

Plug-in used: MuRa Meister Copies

Font is Grenouille, download HERE.

~~ Remember to save often! ~~

Place the mask in your PSP mask folder or a folder of your choice.

Open a new image, 800 x 750, white background.

From the kit, open element 35 and resize 70%.

Using the magic wand, click inside the frame and expand the selection by 5.

Open paper 17 and resize 60%.  Copy and paste as a new layer and move below the frame. Invert selection and tap delete.  Invert selection once again, do not deselect.

Open element 66 and resize 30%.  Copy and paste as a new layer, make sure it's in the middle of the selection.

Effects > Plugins > MuRa's Meister > Copies > Choose Tiling from the drop down menu on the left and change settings to this:

Click OK.  Deselect.

Apply drop shadow to frame and word art.  I used H&V 2, Opacity 55, Blur 10.  Merge these three layers together.

Resize the tube 80%.  Copy and paste as a new layer and move to the right of the frame.  Apply drop shadow above.

Now add your elements, I used:

#11: resize 40%, duplicate and resize 70%
#12: resize 40%, then 80% and mirror
#14: resize 35%
#29: resize 70%; duplicate and free rotate 120 degrees right.  Move the duplicate layer below the frame.
#31: resize 35%
#42: resize 30%; duplicate and mirror.  Duplicate original again and resize 80%
#45: resize 40%; free rotate 20 degrees right
#47: resize 50%; free rotate 20 degrees left
#64: resize 50%

Apply drop shadow above to all elements.

Hide background layer and merge visible.

Edit > Cut > Edit > Paste As A New Layer.  This will center your tag on the canvas.

Unhide the background layer and select all.  Add a new raster layer.  Copy and paste paper 7 into the selection and deselect.  Apply Vaybs mask #133 and merge mask group.  Use the raster deform tool to adjust size and placement.

Crop and resize your tag, I resized 80%.

Using the font tool, select Grenouille, size 90, Stroke 0, create as vector, colour #f15286.  Type your name, click apply and place where you like.  Layers > Convert to raster layer.  Apply drop shadow above.

Add all applicable copyright and license information.  Save as a png or jpg and you're finished!  Enjoy your new tag!

I'd love to see your results, email me HERE.

Hugs, Carol
